-: The way they treat their guests isn’t acceptable at all. They have a customer relations department who I doubt know anything about how to make a customer happy.

+: Fajne zjeżdżalnie, smaczne jedzenie, piękny ogród

-: Maly wybór jedzenia, obsługa słabo rozmawia po angielsku, a po niemiecku w ogóle. Plaża troche zaniedbana, trzeba się prosić o uprzątnięcie stolików do jedzenia. Brak dobrego zarządzania. Generalnie było ok aczkolwiek nie za tą cenę. W tej cenie bylam już w dużo lepszych hotelach w Turcji.
