+: The staff were all excellent. Helpful, friendly, funny and conscientious. They looked like they enjoy working there and that added to the overall high level of customer service. Cleaners, chefs, waiting staff, all great. Food was very high quality, varied and constant. As good as I've seen for buffet style, all-inclusive hotels. Entertainment was very good. There is something going on all day by the pool and in the evening. Hosts manage to make it friendly and genuinely fun. They include everyone of all ages and people are laughing all day. An absolute highlight was a young Down's man singing Karaoke and the whole crowd joining in - it bought a tear to me eye.
-: Beds are hard. I ached after a few nights. Rooms aren't soundproof. We had a couple of young ladies move in next to us and we could hear them constantly, especially when they had guests back late at night and we were trying to sleep.

+: Úžasná strava, pri ktorej máte veľmi široký výber jedál. Čistota a denne udržiavané izby. Super program a animátor, ktorý sa snažil zapojiť každého do programu.
-: Wi-fi iba v spoločných priestoroch. Na izbách nie je žiadna wi-fi, to je asi jediné mínus, inak bolo všetko super.

+: Totul a fost minunat! Personal foarte amabil și atent, gata sa te ajute cu orice ai nevoie. Mâncarea a fost delicioasa și diversificata. Întregul hotel este foarte curat. Recomandare: sa se specifice pe booking ca internetul funcționează în întregul hotel,inclusiv în camere(nu numai în zonele comune).Raport calitate-preț excelent!As reveni cu drag aici!

+: Very tasty food, nice environment, great entertaimment, very friendly staff. Great value for money and the best place to spend a holiday in Ölüdeniz. We are looking forward to visiting again soon.
-: The selection of food could be a bit better, we were missing small things such as shredded cheese during lunchdinner and bacon during breakfast. Also bigger selection of meat and more fishpasta would be great. The bar was missing an option to order mixed drinkscocktails.P.S.: Please pay more attention to the rabbits, their water hasn’t been cleanedchanged not even once during our stay.
