+: Camera ampia, confortevole e moderna. Buona posizione.
-: All'arrivo la camera assegnata aveva la porta rotta, dopo aver fatto presente il problema siamo stati spostati. Nella nuova stanza la chiave ha smesso di funzionare, quindi abbiamo dovuto chiederne la sostituzione.La sera prima del check out abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile avere la colazione (inclusa nella prenotazione) prima dell'orario previsto perché dovevamo andare in aeroporto. Ci è stato garantito che avremmo potuto averla senza problemi. Abbiamo anche specificato che non volevamo l'intero buffet, ma semplicemente un tè e qualcosina da mangiare rapidamente. Al mattino abbiamo dovuto svegliare il receptionist che stava dormendo nell'atrio, il quale poi con estrema calma ha iniziato a preparare tutto il buffet. Ci ha fatto aspettare per più di mezz'ora, facendoci arrivare in ritardo in aeroporto. Da un hotel a 4 stelle ci si aspetta un servizio di alto livello, mentre qui siamo rimasti delusi dalla scarsa attenzione al cliente. In Turchia abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento migliore in strutture molto più economiche.

+: Posizione a pochi minuti dal lungomare e dal centro per cui dire centralissima è poco. Se venite in auto non vi preoccupate, l’auto verrà parcheggiata “al volo” dal personale dell’hotel senza alcun disturbo e stress per gli ospiti.Camera in stile moderno e accogliente. Colazione varia e buona.
-: Nulla da segnalare se non una leggera usura ma consideriamo che siamo in una grande città e questo è anche un business hotel.

+: El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, el personal fue muy amable, la habitación cómoda, limpia y moderna. Las personas de recepción nos dieron buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes y lugares para visitar en la zona. Incluso nos ayudaron coordinando el transporte para visitar Éfeso, la casa de la virgen Maria y Şirince.

-: Das Frühstück ist schon um 9 Uhr leer und es wird nicht ordentlich nachgefüllt. Insbesondere das Brot ist sehr trocken und von gestern. Wenn es bis 10:30 Uhr angeboten wird, dann muss zumindest bis 10:00 Uhr auch alles vorhanden sein
