+: Hotel was decent , nice balcony in the room
-: We booked a taxi via the hotel and the woman that was working there created confusion and didn’t algum with the taxi to pick us up, so we were left in a random location for over one hour even though we had supposedly agreed everything upfront..

+: We really enjoyed the staff and the close location by the beach. Furthermore, we had an incredible wrap around porch that allowed us to rest outside and we were always in close proximity to the pool.
-: I would recommend getting food elsewhere (there are tons of options nearby) since we did not find it to be that great and the waittime was long.

+: After some initial confusion, Bond who is a member of staff at their other hotel happened to be at the premises, and was helpful throughout to resolve matters and assist
-: Restaurant was short staffed. Admittedly low season, but they could do with more than 1 member of staff. Hygiene of restaurant staff and restaurant surroundings could be improved. Dishes left my sink, sugar sack....all attracting bees and flies. Not very appealing. And if members of staff are unwell, they must wash hands after fiddling with nose
