-: The receptionist scammed us of city taxes money and made us pay even though the agent we booked with paid them via bank transfer and sent them proof of payment and they confirmed having received the payment they still scammed us

-: terribile la pulizia, abbiamo trovato di tutto appena entrati in camera, probabilmente non era stata pulita bene, sigarette a terra e una cicca attaccata al letto. abbiamo chiesto di togliercela ma ovviamente non è mai stato fatto.la reception molto sbrigativa, dovevamo stampare dei fogli non ci hanno per niente aiutato, barattoli shampoo e shower aperti
