+: The location is perfect, they upgraded my room and gave me an Ocean View room. It was amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly

+: Right on the beach. Walk distance to all restaurant around.Breakfast is yummy. But only few choices.

+: El desayuno era a la carta así que podías tener la certeza que era recién hecho al momento. No hay una gran variedad pero los pancakes son muy buenos. El café de maquina o el capuchino no incluido en el precio que te puede preparar el chef están muy buenos. Después de "exigir" la habitación reservada pude obtenerla y era muy bonita en comparación con la que me querían dar en un primer momento. Está a pie de playa así que por la tarde puedes tumbarte en el beach club a ver las cometas de los kite-surf revolotear por el cielo. Por las tardes vienes los monos a visitar el hotel para comer las hojas y los frutos de los almendros así que tienes "show" natural incluido en el precio. El ambiente es muy relajado, juvenil y despreocupado. Tuvimos un problema con una excursión reservada a través del hotel y el director se hizo cargo para solucionarlo. Cerca hay restaurantes "occidentales" o de comida local muy buenos.

-: El hotel no dispone de generador así que en las 6 noches que estuvimos alojados allí, estuvimos 2 días con cortes de corriente eléctrica lo cual significa, sin aire acondicionado y sin agua ya que la misma funciona con una bomba eléctrica. El hotel necesita urgentemente mantenimiento. No es un problema de solo el hotel pero en Zanzibar (y por lo tanto allí también) tienden a "engañarte" diciendo que no hay disponibilidad o te cobran unas comisiones absurdas. Allí (en la isla tienes que negociar cualquier cosa incluso en los supermercados).

+: Huge Loft room with 120sq meters and great view. the bed has a direct view to the sea. 24h supermarket just next to it walking distance. i do recommend visiting other areas if you like some adventure.

-: Eletricity wen´t off for hours quite a few times in the 4 days we have staid there and sometimes at night making it hard to sleep. Our last night not only we did not had the air conditioner working when the temperature was very hot as we also could not take a shower in the morning. Otherwise all was OK.

+: Breakfast was ok. The bed was Katastrophe. All thinks old and not work. But this is a problem from Africa.
