+: La gentillesse du personnel toujours souriant. Magnifique piscine. Restaurants variés et excellents (nous n'avons juste pas vu le japonais qui a disparu de la carte !?) Le Kids club était au top malgré les travaux qui nous ont empêché d'en profiter durant toute la durée de notre séjour. Le repas special lune de miel sur la plage ainsi que le massage en duo étaient fabuleux <3
-: Les petits bateaux à moteur qui polluent et envahissent la plage. Tout est absolument HORS DE PRIX dans l'hotel, les massages, le jet ski, le pressing... c'est vraiment dommage de ne pas avoir pu en profiter plus mais c'était HORS BUDGET :(

-: Oproffsionell personal, otrevlig personal, tusen fotingar överallt, fick inte rummet vi bokade, dem menade att dem ”uppgradera” oss men i själva verket ville ingen annan bo på bottenvåningen då det kryllade med insekter. Så vi kände oss ”nedgraderade” egentligen. Dyra pengar för inte så bra service, handukar bokas via app, får inte nya vid städning. Poolen var avstängd några rimmar pga hotellets ägare skulle komma för invigning av hotellet. Ingen bra mat heller för den delen, välj annat hotell.

I wasn't particularly happy with the management, I posted a dissatisfaction about the Jua Grill Chef (the chef refused to consider my diet requirements (Gluten and dairy free), and I ended up not enjoying my dinner at the Jua restaurant. and even though I received a message of apology through the resort app, I think a more personal talk would have been better, at least a phone call to the room. 2. They should improve the service at the pool areas and at the beach. it was very very slow... 3. They should improve on the alcohol, there were very few options on the Áll inclusive package. I understand that they need not include expensive drinks, but there are reasonably priced wines (less that 15 dollars) that they can get from South Africa for an example
