+: On arrival - we were notified that we'd been upgraded to ocean facing chalets - which was a wonderful unexpected surprise & bonus! Nice to find that the beaches in front and around the hotellodge were clean and sandy Bar staff were extremely attentive and always smiling and the cocktails excellent.

-: The resort entrance and surrounding gardens need some work and maintenance. Shower pressure whilst not terrible could be improved a little. In the one chalet there was no mosquito net.

+: Eine paradiesische Lage mit allem, was man sich für einen Traumurlaub wünscht. Nach einer ca. 45 minütigen Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Urlaubsziel begrüßte und das herzliche Personal mit einem fruchtigen Drink so liebevoll und freundlich, als ob wir uns seit langem bestens kennen. Sehr leckeres Essen, ein Traumstrand wie im Paradies direkt vor dem Bungalow und perfekter Rundum-Service. Wir waren täglich im karibisch anmutenden Meer und genossen täglich den tollen Pool… auch dieser war direkt neben dem Zimmer mit wundervoller Veranda. Übrigens, Wifi sogar unmittelbar am Strand 🤙. Wir haben jede Minute in vollen Zügen genossen und fühlten uns im familiären Ambiente herzlichst aufgenommen. Wir kommen bald wieder zu euch, lieber Oscar und Team. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles … wir haben neue Freunde gewonnen und durften bei euch einen paradiesischen Aufenthalt verbringen. Asante, Euere Bridget und Tom

+: Un grand merci au personnel de l'hôtel pour avoir rendu mon séjour si agréable. Leur gentillesse, disponibilité et professionnalisme ont vraiment fait la différence. Chaque interaction, que ce soit à la réception, au service de chambre ou au restaurant, a été un plaisir. Leur dévouement et leur attention ont dépassé toutes mes attentes. Merci encore pour tout. Vous avez fait de mon séjour une expérience inoubliable !

+: The property is located on a quiet stretch of sand and the beach is serene and beautiful. I had booked a bungalow with a garden view and got upgraded to a beachfront room. I got a fresh towel and freshly squeezed juice upon my arrival, and I was escorted to my room. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I also received a complimentary massage on the same day. Their service is simply amazing and you’ll definitely feel pampered here. Their breakfast was delicious and the bread baskets were the highlight for me - they had an assortment of mini croissants, muffins, cake and toast. I was also given a complimentary traditional cocktail on my last night. The staff were very attentive and ever ready to provide anything you needed. I got a warm Zanzibar welcome at this boutique hotel because everybody adorned a smile every time they spoke to me. They also provided fresh towels, spotless bed linen and sprayed the rooms daily for mosquitoes.

-: On the first day of my stay there was a lot of hair in the shower -almost as if it wasn’t cleaned properly. Then at night, my nostrils were blocked because of the dust in the room. I’m allergic to dust and the dampness in the walls definitely didn’t help matters. I had to frequently apply Vicks (and take an allergy pill) in order to breathe properly.
