-: 1- الطريق المؤدي للريزورت سيئ للغاية وصعب جدا غير معبد ومعاناة حتى نصل وخطر .. 2- بعيد عن مناطق الأنشطه تقريبا نستغرق ساعه للوصول الى اماكن السياحة والأنشطة .والعودة ساعة كاملة .. بوفيه الافطار يحتاج الى تنويع لاننا خلال فترة اقامتنا كان البوفيه مكرر

+: Staff was amazing, rooms always clean.Dinner buffet was amazing with traditional Tanzania food and everyday with different dishes.The hotel has a traditional decoration that is amazing.
-: In the all inclusive package the menus are restricted and most of the drinks are not included. Also, two of the barrestaurant that appear in the booking photos are not available at the moment neither the aquatic activities.The hotel tried to charge 10% extra of the amount payed saying that it was service fee (like a tip to the employees).

+: Hotel is beautiful and very green, feels like jungle. We came to Zanzibar for honeymoon and this was our first stop in Tanzania. They upgraded our villa to Jungle villa and it was a nice gesture from hotel.Except reception area, staff in the beach bar, restaurant, housekeeping, bar in lobby are nice, helpful and doing their best. Also in the evening there is acrobatic and music entertainment, they are the only nice thing to do in the evening.
-: The food in the hotel is not good, very limited options and you need to pay for drinks additionally on breakfast and dinner if you on half board, which is so weird. There is nothing around the hotel, so this bad food is only what you got to eat. Also the staff in reception are not very welcoming and friendly. When we just arrived short lady from reception came to take our passport and she even didn’t smile at all and was not seems friendly, that’s the first impression we got. Plus the another reception man (day time) was not helpful at all, + no one has the name badge of the staff. As well the uniform of the ladies in reception is not appropriate for hotel level. The dress is barely covering their back part and very short. Hotel standards at least until knee length. Hotel is not a club. This is not 5 star resort service at all.Beach area is not clean and hotel is not doing much efforts to fix it. No TV in jungle villa room.
