+: The room was comfy and clean. I like the range of meals on offer in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was great.

-: My door got jammed and I couldn’t access my room for about an hour and I had an excursion planned. It would be a good idea to add reed diffusers to the bathroom because the smell was unpleasant. Lastly, the staff in the restaurant when I had my breakfast were rude. I greeted them and got no response. However, Daniel was friendly and he was the only one who offered to help me with something in that restaurant. Ruqayya (and the girl from Arusha) who work at the reception were also lovely.

-: Location is far from everything.They gave us city facing room which was very noisy.You can hear the traffic noise.No money exchange facility.In the pictures beach is shown,but you cant swim in the beach from the hotel.

+: Clean, friendly and helpful staff, amazing pool, lovely restaurant. It was my second visit to this hotel and they never disappoint
