+: Clean hotel in a good location. Pool and gym
-: Placed us in a room without the facilities we booked so could not cook the food we bought and had to pay for dinner. Attempted to charge us for breakfast despite their error but after several conversations they removed the charge.

+: Nothing ! Was the most terrible travelling experiences so far
-: I was given a worse room because I booked on line with booking.com. Next to my room, a team of maintenance we’re doing lots of work . Around 10 pm I called receptionist to ask to stop as I cannot sleep. They took 30 mins to go. Now In another room, more than 10-15 people are doing party. I could hear all the loud laughing , voices and sone Chinese even smoking in the aisle. Where’s your fire alarm system ?? I had to ask to change my room 2 times and when I got wild, my room was changed abs I upgraded to a suit to keep my mouth closed, which I will never do. I’m reachable on my mail and if any of their management team want to spreak to ne and I will be available on WhatsApp
