-: Very old rooms, rusty and musty, the AC makes sounds and smells weirdThe best sheets are so thin that you can see through them, not very hygienic The towels are old and sometimes dirty, full of stainsFood in the hotel is not that great, some dishes are but others are not edible Everything is very expensive especially taxi rides - the hotel charges guests double the price for taxi than a local taxi company. That is ridiculous to me considering the hotel is in a remote area and it’s impossible to leave the premises without a taxicar Staff can be slow and forgetful at times The 5 stars on booking make no sense- it is misleading to say the least. This is AT MOST a 3 star establishment

+: El hotel está correcto, dispone de habitaciones muy amplias y limpias (con servicio de limpieza diario) y patio con piscina privada. Tanto la piscina común como la privada se limpian a diario y cada noche preparan la habitación para que no tenga insectos. Se trata de un hotel muy tranquilo y aislado sobre un acantilado con una playita pequeña a 5 minutos caminando y la playa grande de Matenwe a 20 min a pie.

-: Por su situación, es imposible realizar actividades al rededor sin disponibilidad de transporte. Se trata de un hotel para estar relajado allí y disfrutar de su habitación y piscina. Sin embargo no se puede ir a ningun restaurante o realizar actividades sin contratar un taxi o actividad. Los precios de excusiones y transporte que ofrecen nos parecieron bastante elevados (incluso el doble de los que nos ofreció nuestra agencia con la que viajamos o los que conseguimos hablando con agencias locales). La habitación no disponia de televisión ni hervidor como indicaban. Avisamos el primer día y nos solucionaron el hervidor, pero nunca nos trajeron televisor ni respondieron a la demanda. La comida un poco limitada, faltando en varias ocasiones alimentos o platos de la carta y algún camarero no comprendia bien las comandas con varios errores durante nuestra estancia.

+: Small hotel with only around 11 rooms which means you really feel like you have this little slice of heaven to yourself. Perfect for couples who are celebrating anniversaries, honeymoons, engagement etc Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Every interaction we had was pleasant and extremely kind. Price of food, drinks etc is really good in comparison to other resorts and very high quality (we stayed at a second resort during our stay and it was much more expensive than Kasha and the food wasn’t as good). My husband stood on a sea urchin during our first excursion which we booked with the hotel’s in-house excursion manager, Hamadi, and Hamadi made sure to follow up after the excursion and remove the sea urchin using papaya. Such a kind and thoughtful gesture to go above and beyond! Very secure with security at the entrance and through out the hotel. Hotel is very private and out of the way - you can only hear the sound of the waves and breeze. It’s idyllic and peaceful. If you want time away from the noise and hustle and bustle of tourist areas, this is the place!

-: Only one qualm which was that we were on our honeymoon and I had asked for our room to be decorated on arrival but it wasn’t although we did have flowers around the room so perhaps that was it and I am being pedantic! Additionally our room was meant to have a partial ocean view but we didn’t so this was a bit disappointing but certainly not the end of the world since you can enjoy the ocean view from the main part of the hotel. Just would have been an extra nice touch for us to start our honeymoon.

+: Die Suite war sehr sauber und man hatte einen schönen Blick auf das Wasser. Der Pool war etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber völlig in Ordnung. Das Essen und die Getränke waren eher teuer aber geschmacklich sehr gut. Alles in allen war das Hotel sehr schön aber an einigen Stellen Renovierungen Bedürftig. Das Personal war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Ebenfalls konnten wir auf Anfrage etwas früher in das Zimmer.

-: Am Tag der Anreise war der Poolbereich (Außenbereich für Lunch, Frühstück und Poolbar) noch nicht fertig. Ebenso war der Pool nicht nutzbar, da noch kein Wasser im Pool war. Beim Check in würde gesagt, dass dieser aufgrund von Renovierung noch nicht fertig sei, aber gegen Abend oder am nächsten Morgen zur Verfügung stehe. Leider war auch zwei Nächte später bei der Abreise der Pool nicht nutzbar, sondern es wurden Handwerkstätigkeit durchgeführt. Da es keinen richtigen Haustrand gibt, ist es schwierig im Meer zu baden und ohne Pool doppelt ärgerlich. Die Reaktion darauf war "beim nächsten Besuch sollte alles wieder nutzbar sein". Eine kurze Information über den Pool bei der Buchung wäre super.
