+: I like the location, the price and it comes with all ameneties as ac, fridge, private bathroom
-: The humidity, there is strong smell and walls are in bad condition. All in all it needs a refreshment, new bed sheets, paint and a solution for that humidity which cause mushrooms on walls. Other than that it will be a good place to stay for the price. Unfortunately i couldnt stay there more than one night because of the condition of the room. I couldnt bear with it.I wish they renovated a minimum because its a nice place with a nice location and a good price.
