+: The bathroom is really clean, spacious and nice. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant where we eat breakfast and the quality of the food are also excellent.
-: The room I stayed in was the cheapest. That's why all the windows were blocked, so it was stuffy. I don't think the hotel is responsible for the noise from outside. And since it was a room next to the stairs, it was noisy when other guests passed by, but I don't think that can be helped. However, the refrigerator was so noisy that we had to turn it off. Lastly, although there's not much to see, the TV is not in good condition. I think the more expensive rooms would be better.

+: Really liked how spacious the room was and how modernclean the showers were. Very cozy bed and breakfast. Family vibes. Polite staff.
-: The bed was uncomfortable. Woke up with pain in my back both nights I slept there. The pillows were not great and although we appreciated the efforts of the staff to try and fix this, the housekeeping staff gave us the exact same types of pillows (in terms of how hard they were). It was more of the same.

+: La ubicación es perfecta, el desayuno y el trato del personal muy bien. Sobre todo Esther y Happy que nos atendieron con simpatía en todo momento.
-: Ya informamos en recepción de un ruido durante la noche que se oía a intervalos, quizá de algún otro hotel. También se oye gente en la calle hasta bastante tarde. El hotel no tiene ascensor y el restaurante esta en la terraza del tercer piso.
