Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Makuti Beach Bungalows 4* 2024-2025 Tanzania, Bwejuu

+: The dining area is great, you can eat while feeling the sand underneath your feet. We enjoyed the fish curry at lunch, it was absolutely delicious. The whole outside area was quite beautiful, relaxing and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful- Ussi even helped us rent bicycles to ride along the beach and overall we felt quite safe and well taken care of. The whole place was very quiet, no loud music, no noisy neighbours or construction or even dogs barking just the sound of waves and birds and the soft breeze and every once in a while a pretty Maasai by the beach saying ' 'Jambo' 'Hakuna Matata'

-: Rooms were okay but the door was a bit cumbersome to open and close. There were 4 charging sockets in the room and only one worked on one side of the bed. Shower thing by the pool wasn't working either.

+: Bella struttura con spiaggia privata in una zona molto tranquilla.

+: Výborná poloha a milí personál. Jedlo bolo tiež dobré. A bazén. ktorý nás zachránil pre vysokými teplotami.

-: Nefungujúca klimatizácia. Hlavne v noci to bolo na nevydržanie a budili sme sa úplne spotený. Dosť často cez deň nefungovala elektrika a tým pádom nič. Ani WiFi. Ta okrem iného bola hodne pomalá. Mali tam síce generátor ale neunúvali sa ho zapnúť. Tiež treba rátať s tým, že je tu dosť vysoký odliv a boli dni keď sa vôbec nedalo kúpať. Keď sa nakoniec večer zdvihlo more, tak voda mala hádam aj 35 stupňov. Ráno, v dni keď bola vysoká voda to bolo celkom dobre. Len tých dní bolo málo.

+: The garden is perfect to stay during the evenings and to enjoy the ocean and drinks. There you can feel the wind and stay for long nights.The food is delicious and staff is very friendly. Every day, catch of the day is different and you can try different fishes. Fruits served for breakfast are delicious.They clean the pool and room every day.

-: Air con only between 6-9 in the evening.The bathrooms can be redecorated.Long time waiting for breakfast to be served.

+: We loved staying at Makuti Beach Bungalows. The rooms facing the ocean are wonderful. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of options. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our kids spent hours in the pool and playing in the sand. And the ocean… what can you say? Beautiful!

-: 1) Internet connection was not great and not available in the rooms would be nice to have a booster closer to the rooms to increase wi-fi coverage.2) Drinking water is only available in plastic bottles which are not refillable. Waste is a big problem in Zanzibar and would be nice to see the use of 20L reusable bottles in a dispenser which can be used to fill glasses. This would help reduce waste.

+: Het hotel en de omgeving zijn fantastisch. Precies wat je van een resort verwacht.

-: Het eten is erg duur vergeleken andere plekken in Tanzania. Daarbij ligt het resort afgelegen, dus andere eetgelegenheden zijn niet in de directe omgeving.

+: l'endroit est idyllique et la décoration recherchée; petite piscine très agréable, des coins à l'ombre disponibles partout, en bref un cadre de charme malgré nos aléas concernant la climatisation, qualité de la prise en charge et gentillesse des intervenants de l'hôtel pour trouver une solution

-: la climatisation défaillante qui ne fonctionne à priori que quelques heures la nuit; de ce fait le ventilateur fonctionnant aussi au ralenti on étouffait la nuit dans notre chambre; éclairage souvent défaillant: heureusement nous avons changé de chambre il faut insister pour que les serviettes soient changées fréquemment choix du petit déjeuner trop restrictif

+: Ubicación en la playa y con piscina. La habitación muy amplia y el baño también muy bien. El personal es muy amable. Tanto el desayuno como el resto de comidas muy buenos. Todo impecable y muy limpio
