+: Tout le lieu, le personnel toujours à l'écoute, les repas en demi-pension, la chambre très grande et propre, la structure de l'établissement à taille humaine, la plage accessible directement aussi belle à marée haute qu'à marée basse.

-: Le temps mais ça malheureusement c'est indépendant de la volonté de chacun et la constante présence des faux Massaïs

+: Nos hemos alojado en familia con nuestros 3 hijos, hemos pasado una semana en régimen de PC y ha sido todo increíble. La localización es muy buena, la playa es espectacular y tranquila sobre todo comparándola con otras playas de la isla. El tema de las mareas a nosotros nos ha fascinado, parecen varias playas de lo mucho que cambian, no nos ha supuesto ningún inconveniente, mas bien todo lo contario. El único punto negativo de la playa son los falsos Masai, hay que saber quitárselos de encima con educación, no suponen un gran problema. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, las habitaciones amplias y muy limpia, sin grandes lujos. La comida es excelente y en régimen de PC hasta demasiado abundante al final del día, muchos días no pudimos hacer uso de toda la cantidad de comida disponible. La atención de todo es personal fue increíble, empezando por su manager Ana y terminando en el último de los camareros, todos muy amables y atentos a las peticiones que pudiésemos realizarles. Mención especial al servicio de masajes, muy buenos y muy profesional (incluso por encima de lo esperado). Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

-: Todo fue muy bien en el hotel, nada que objetar. Un punto negativo fue que al principio los falsos Masai y los vendedores que hay en la playa pueden resultar un poco agobiantes, pero educadamente se les dice que no y te dejan tranquilo.

+: Location, good entertainments, food, staff

+: The rooms, the comfy bed, the garden, the pools, the shows, the staff, the reef in the morning the beautiful beach so basically everything! They even have a solution to fight mosquitos in the room and set up our bed every evening. We decided to have half-board since there is not so many restaurants so we could choose from the menu both breakfast and dinner and there were no such thing that wasn't perfect about them. Very delicious, big and tasty portions. We always got fresh banana chips which is delicious. Also the cocktails were well made just like in Europe. I recommend everybody to stay here to experience the calm resort feeling.

-: Nothing. Everything was exceptional.

+: The location was great, right in front of a beautiful beach where you can see the amazing phenomenon of the tides. The staff was also really kind , respectful and friendly.

+: Tutto! In particolare il fatto che non è frequentato da italiani, la sera passano a spruzzare l’anti zanzare, lo staff formidabile e la cucina davvero buona. Per non parlare dei lettini in spiaggia comodissimi e il fatto che puoi passeggiare scalzo in tutta la struttura perché sei quasi sempre a contatto con la sabbia.

-: L’unica pecca, se proprio devo, è stata questa: partendo di notte (ma avendola pagata) non abbiamo usufruito né della stanza né della colazione, abbiamo chiesto di convertire la colazione con il pranzo (specificando che avremmo richiesto uno dei piatti della colazione) ma ci è stato risposto che potevano provvede solo take away prima di lasciare la struttura, cosa a noi poco idonea. Quindi diciamo una poca elasticità.

+: The food in the restaurant and the staff are the best in in the hotel. The rest correct accordingly with the price. Nothing extraordinary but correct.

-: Maybe the beach where is located is not the best in Zanzibar
