Marafiki Bungalows is located on the beach in Kiwengwa,overlooking the ocean.Zanzibar International Airport is a 1 hour drive away.

The rooms are housed in traditional bungalow units, featuring local Zanzibari architecture and dried palm leaves for roofing. The furniture is locally crafted and the interiors are complemented with ocean-colored overlays created using traditional looms.

Every room is fitted with a private bathroom and a shower at the terrace.

Guests can enjoy local and European cuisine at the restaurant, followed by a drink at the bar, both overlooking the ocean and infinity pool.

+: Le petit déjeuner est excellent, copieux et varié. Le personnel est très gentil. Jolie piscine avec vue sur l'Océan - sensation de piscine à l'infini Grande chambre, bien aménagée

-: Ce n'est pas de la responsabilité de l'établissement mais personnellement la clientèle a été un des points noirs. Insonorisation des chambres inexistante. Autre point négatif mais qui n'est pas de la responsabilité de l'établissement, le harcèlement des gens sur la plage pour le business et cela commence à 7h30 quand la marée est basse, ils vous attendent devant l'hôtel sur la plage, impossible d'y échapper! Le rapport qualitéprix pour les repas "lunchdiner"

+: Perfekt place to get away from the hustle & bustle of the city and relax in nature. The room was large and spacious (Family room) We loved the Aesthetic interior in the rooms and outside. Enjoyed a great time at the beach (at low tide). Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Amazing breakfast, very tasty food… we loved the Tuna steak.

-: The WLAN was non functional in my case. No connection at all in the room. It was annoying to have to always go outside to get the internet connection.
