Neptune Ngorongoro Luxury Lodge is located in the Karatu district surrounded by the highlands of Tanzania and the world heritage site namely the Ngorongoro Crater. It features a swimming pool with sundeck and a spa.
Each luxury suite features a spacious viewing terrace and an open fireplace. It has a living room with a sofa and dining area.
The Acacia Restaurant features a formal dining room with an outdoor terrace. It serves buffet meals and there is an à la option. Dinner at the pool or in the bush can also be arranged.
Game drives and guided nature walks into the reserve take place daily. Guests can also arrange to visit a Masai Village to experience the traditional dancing and music.
Wi-Fi is available in the public areas of the lodge. The Arusha Airport is 99 mi away from the lodge.
+: The room was so good, clean and big enough for a family. The staff were so nice and polite. The food was good quality, a la cart menu.
-: The only missing thing in the room were bidet nozzle in the toilet and shower curtain in the bathroom.

+: We had the best time during our stay in Neptune Ngorongoro and left this amazing place wishing we can go back soon. It was our honeymoon and the whole experience started even before we actually get to the Lodge. Martina (ReservationsFront Office) helped us plan all the activities according to our wishes. She and the entire staff were extremely kind, professional and attentive to ensure that everything went perfectly, even with setbacks such as flight changes and the weather. Our room was amazing: Rustic as the setting demands, integrated with the environment, but also so comfortable, clean and well decorated. You can see they thought about every detail. The food was extremely good, and we loved how fresh everything is as they have their own plantation. (Also, we loved how everyone at the hotel likes to talk to the guests and show them around). We were amazed by the view, the safari drives, nature, the people and how welcomed we felt. It was truly one of the best experiences we ever had. Thank you so much to the Neptune NgoroNgoro family ❤

+: This place can be called outstanding. The hospitality exceeded our expectations. The villas are spacious and beautiful decorated in tanzanian style. Wooden floors, elegant furniture, comfortable feauteuils, daybeds and huge master bed. From the huge terrace you csn spot even elephants.Pool and Spa are excellent. But over all of this we enjoyed Highlights skilled and Super friendly staff. We will come again. For Sure.
