+: Right off the beach and a beautiful property. We were celebrating our honeymoon and they decorated our room and gave us wine and fruit. So nice! We had a great view from our room as well. Breakfast was ok.

-: The hotel is located about a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk away from the popular beaches, restaurants and hotels. Their food offered at the hotel is also MUCH more expensive than what you would find in the more popular area. They’re banking on you being trapped there to just purchase their food instead a getting a taxi or walking. They offered a buffet twice ($25-$30 per person) and you cannot order any other food if you do not want the buffet. Kind of crazy. We stayed 3 days and each night found a different critter in our room when we came back. 2 salamanders and an assortment of other large ants and bugs coming through the bathroom window, whether it was closed or open. Our room was located at the top of a long staircase inside a corridor along with 2 other rooms. You had to open a door to get inside the corridor. This door would LOUDLY bang shut and had to be propped open because our room keys didn’t work for it. We had the delight of having very noisy and inconsiderate neighbors so two of the three nights we were woken up consistently by slamming doors. Very disappointing because that’s such an easy fix. Soft close doors! Also, we didn’t get to enjoy the sky bar. It’s only open 2 hours a day (huh?) from 5pm-7pm. Such a waste.

+: I like the view.

-: The food

+: The property is located in front of the ocean and it’s so relaxing. *The room is big enough to accommodate a couple *They have 2 big enough and clean pools with all relaxing and swimming tools. *The staff was so friendly with awesome communication.*The housekeeping team was making sure our room is clean and fresh.*They have a breakfast buffet which gives you the option of choosing what you want.

-: I would not say I didn’t like it but rather area to improve: *The bathrooms should have brushing tools (toothpaste and brush)

+: I took an ocean view room. It was 👌🏼 Staff was very good especially Kilian from the bar. The hotel arranged the dolphin tour for me. It was good!

-: Once you get into the resort you will not have network connections what so ever. Something that hotel needs to fix or put signal boosters in room. The TV channels are unclear and can hardly watch it. WiFi is decent but could be faster. Not an ideal place for solo travelers. Mostly couples around.

+: L’établissement était incroyable, je vous le conseille sans hésiter ! Le personnel est au petit soin, un accueil très chaleureux, excellent service. Bon petit déjeuner. Sans doute un des meilleurs hôtel que j’ai fait ! Merci encore à toute l’équipe

-: Tout est nickel, peut-être une suggestion pour rajouter des plats pour le room service sinon rien à dire 😊
