+: The Hotel is one of the nicest on the island. However you can’t compare with a 5 star on Europe. But for the island is a nice one. The staff is super helpful.

-: It had this humidity air inside the room, because the climate is humid. However the rooms can be a bit more refreshed and clean.

-: 1. We had to stay for one night and we are leaving in 3 am and we requested a transportation. The transportation was half our late. And our room is with breakfasy but they charged us on our breakfast
