+: المكان من اجمل الاماكن في زنجبار ، فندق حديث وخدمات لاتعد ولا تحصى 3 مطاعم وجميع أنواع الأكلات والمشروبات مجانا (مع البكج) خدمة سريعة .. شاطىء نظيف ولا يوجد فيه مخلفات او طحالب .الفندق اغلبه اجانب ولا ينصح فيه للاطفال اقل من 18 سنة الفندق يعتبر من افضل فنادق زنجبار لم ارى مثله .This is one of if not the BEST hotel experience i have had in Whole Africa, there is nothing like it all services available all the food all the drinks . Organized Activities you should not get outside of this hotel You live it Really amazing place to have 3 to 6 days at least .Some of the comments say about restaurants reservations issues. Actually I didn’t see any issues the have App that you can use to do almost EVERYTHING can you imagine that App in a hotel its amazing,Thanks to Riu Jambo management Thanks to Mr. Randy Every staff

-: Wasn’t able to get a booking at the other restaurants. Was told could only book from 0000-0800. Every thing was an additional charge to include checking in early; which was an hourly rate person. The app that you are forced to download to reserve anything is not user friendly. We were under the impression it was only a 15 min ride to the main town; it was over an hour drive. Many of the rules or requests were not told to us upon arrival
