+: Beautiful hotel, beautiful place. Near the beach. They also have a nice pool area. Small gym. I liked the place in general

-: The only thing i didn't like was how the staff tried to kick me out before my check out. My room included later check out at 12. They called me to my room at 11.30 that my check out time is already gone. Then the staff came to my door twice so that the cleaner would need to clean this room. Luckily i also had proof of my chat on booking.com where i was asking on what time is the later check out.

+: The staff were really friendly and super helpful. Any request that I had, they went out of their way to tey to accommodate me. They moved me from the one the bedrooms to the beach front room with no issue. And they were always available to assist me. The dinner food choices were good. I really enjoyed the seafood, and the portion sizes were quite generous. The property itself is also very pretty

-: The location is not the best for a solo traveler. It's quite far out from stone town so it does limit your movement and options, and ultimately makes the trip more expensive, with you having to pay for transport to and from the hotel. It also means that you may not be able to fully enjoy the night life in Zanzibar.

+: We really like our stay as it was relaxing and calm. Food was really good, the chef made himself almost everything. The staff was so nice with us and always helpful.

-: The way to go to the villa is quite far from the main road, but we have the sea view so :D

+: Prachtig terrein, goed onderhouden. Geweldig zwembad. Attent en zeer aardig personeel. Goed ontbijt.

-: Het strand was niet echt begaanbaar. In het hotel kon geen geld gewisseld worden.

+: Very friendly, helpful, and cheerful staff. Comfortable premises. Good breakfast. Very efficient arrangement of external tours. Relaxed atmosphere.

-: Some might find part of the road up to the hotel a bit rough. But we enjoyed it. Some of the furniture is shabby.

+: Personnel au top ! Y avons passé que deux nuits mais tout était parfait ! Avons eu une Mega surprise pour notre anniversaire de mariage ! Une literie incroyable et un excellent confort ! Je recommande ! Sabrina est adorable ! La cuisine excellente !

+: Serene, cool, garden view, very private beautiful homey place, restaurant with good food, a pool with sea views, your home away from home without the busy household😀 AVery accommodating owner, concierge, chefs, waiter, servants esp. driver.Special thanks to Mohammad, an awesome driverour tour guide to the beaches from Kendwa- Nungwi to Paje.

-: The high tide during our stay in May 2024, we couldn't go down for morning walks along the beachfront, always at high tide.. but the property is enough to walk around privately.
