Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Sahari Zanzibar in Bwejuu is situated on a white, sandy beach. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk.
The rooms are decorated in typical Colonial style and offer a small patio with sea views. They feature a four-poster bed with mosquito nets, a fan and a fridge. The private bathrooms have a shower with hot and cold water.
A breakfast buffet is served every morning. Sahari Zanzibar features a restaurant, which serves International, European and Swahili cuisine. The hotel’s bar serves cocktails and refreshments.
Guests can relax under the palm trees by the pool. Sahari Zanzibar also provides chairs and canopy beds for guests on the beach.
An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings for a fee, including diving, snorkelling and fishing. The Paje Kite Beach is 3 km from the hotel and Zanzibar International Airport is 45 minutes’ drive away.

+: Ein landestypischen Hotel direkt am Indischen Ozean. Die kleine Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Das schöne Restaurant bietet Blick aufs Meer und den Pool, da bleibt man fern etwas länger sitzen. Das Personal ist super aufmerksam und freundlich. Ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt und würde jederzeit sofort wieder hier buchen. A typical local hotel right on the Indian Ocean. The small complex is very well maintained and clean. The rooms are very practically furnished. The beautiful restaurant has a view of the sea and the pool, so you can sit there a little longer. The staff is super attentive and friendly. I felt very welcome and would book here again at any time.
-: Ein bequemeres Sitzmöbel im Zummer wäre nicht schlecht.A more comfortable seat in the room would be a good idea.

-: The visuals on Booking com don't match what's actually on the ground. This is very unfortunate because when one travels to a foreign destination, they rely on visuals to make comparisons. It's also sad that the reviews are misleading given that what's in them also guided the selection. 1 day later on the same road I found places with more value for money in terms of facilities and ambience. This was a poor experience for me.

+: Beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings. Being here second time and even more satisfied. The hotel has his own special ambience with perfect African vibe. And having history all the surroundings and common areas are lovely kept. And palms and greenery are grown up and maintained. Beach is cleaned every morning. Very, very, very good value for the money. Being in other hotels as well in Zanzi - Zahari is my personal favorite.
