+: What I likes about the hotel was the fact that hotel is close to the beach… In the room you can find comfortable bed , TV and specious shower and you can enjoy a lot of nice activities during the day and night - organised by great animation team - JUNIOR AND SHABBY are doing an amazing job !!!! Staff are friendly but not all of them and you can enjoy drinks and cocktails if you have all inclusive option available. Music around the hotel for sure improve the vibe!! You can enjoy the view as the ocean looks incredible!!!!! It was my second time in Zanzibar and Paje definitely ticked the box. If you are looking more for quiet place you should choose Kiwengwa or Matemwe.

-: Firstly I didn’t like the fact that for the 5 star hotel the food was poor. I am a vegetarian and almost every day I had to eat pizza as mostly salad was with meat , fish and sea food. Not enough fruits for breakfast. The choice of food in general is not too good and I hope they will improve that in the future . Another thing is that at the property we can see a lot of animals - which is perfectly fine for me as they don’t bother me but staff were rude to them and didn’t allow us to feed them or give them water which in this condition is not humane!! If you like to have animals around please allow people to take care of them. They don’t do anything bad to anyone so we should treat them with respect and kindness. We experience the day where members of staff were throwing stones at them!!!Thirdly- builders and maintenance team who was doing some work were very loud during the day so you can hear a lot of noise.

+: Sehr große geräumige Zimmer, viel Stauraum für seine Sachen. Bad groß mit Abagemöglichkeiten. Balkon mit Wäscheleine zum trocknen seiner Badesachen. Ruhiger Strandabschnitt, gut zum Baden. Hotelanlage noch recht neu, tolle Betten mit Moskitonetz. Großer TV mit Netflix oder Amazon Prime. Große Speiseterrasse und Bistro, mit Blick zum Meer. Gut bewachte Anlage. Man kann am Abend problemlos und sicher am Strand langlaufen, um zu anderen Resorts, oder Restaurants zu kommen. Ansonsten im Resort all inclusive buchen, sonst wird es teuer.

-: Frühstück für ein 5 Sterne Hotel doch recht übersichtlich. Die tägliche Auswahl an frischem Obst war zu bescheiden und einseitig. Kaffeee, wird serviert, wenn denn mal jemand kommt, Das Personal läuft vollkommen planlos rum. Tische nicht eingedeckt, Tassen fehlen. Salz und Pfefferstreuer absolute Mangelware, keine Teelöffel für Kaffeee oder Joghurt. Ständiger Ausfall von Wasser in der gesammten Anlage, dh. keine Toilette oder Dusche in den Zimmern. Auf Nachfrage wurde einem geraten die Dusche in der Behindertentoilette an der Rezeption zu nutzen. (für 100 Gäste ?) Grottiges Internet in den Zimmern, in Strandnähe überhaupt nicht, wäre mit einem einzigen Repeater zu lösen. Seine Matratzen für die Strandliege muss man sich selber rumtragen, kein Poolboy. Gefahr durch herabfallende Kokusnüsse,könnte man vorsorglich entfernen. Pool viel zu klein für die Anlage und Menge der Gäste. Duschen um sich den Sand vom Strand der das Salzwasser abzuspülen völlig falsch platziert. Um sich die Füße abzuspülen steht man im Dreck. Wenn man nicht all inclusive gebucht hat, sind die Getränkepreise in Dollar völlig überteuert. Zum Glück gibt es rechts neben dem Resort eine Strandbar, mit nettem Besitzer mit moderaten Preisen und kostemlosen WLAN. Abendshow ist wohl eher um die Leute zu vertreiben. Einfache Musik würde doch für Tanzparty reichen. Hotelzufahrt für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht angemessen. Durch verdreckte verwilderte Gärten, die mehr einer Müllhalde gleichen. Da bekommt man Zweifel, ob das der richtige Pfad ist. Es gibt eine neue Telefonanlage VoIP, auch im Zimmer. Anrufe zu einem anderen Zimmer, nicht möglich. Anrufe zur Rezeption, nicht möglich. Also muss man zu Fuss zur Rezeption, um seine Propleme und Wünsche zu außern. An den Strandliegen, keinerlei Ablagen oder Tische um seine Sachen oder Taschen abzulegen. Keinerlei Haken am Sonnenschirm um etwas aufzuhängen. Alles muss im Sand liegen.

+: L’hôtel est très propre, le personnel très gentil La chambre est moderne et spacieuse, climatiséeLa nourriture était très variée, un menu différent chaque soir (spécialités locales, chinois…) : NOURRITURE EXCELLENTE Superbe plage Hôtel très bien placé en face de maalum cave et proche des activités Ravis de notre séjour dans l’ensemble, 1010 si la piscine avais été fonctionnelle Animations tout au long de la journée, spectacles différents chaque soirs et très sympathiqueDes jeux de société sont à disposition gratuitement

-: Lors de notre séjour, la piscine étais en rénovation et cela ne nous a pas été précisé Snack cher , longue attente pour des produits congelés Accès très compliqué à l’hôtel, manque d’indications

+: Tout était parfait. Le personnel est génial, le lieu est magique, aucune note négative. J'y retournerai certainement.

+: The kindness of the entire SBH Monica staff. Always helpful and always willing to assist. Facilities are extremely good. Food (breakfast and dinner) was also very good, tasty and well presented.

-: The access to the hotel is not clean and easy. Actually it is pretty difficult to find out hotel main entrance.
