+: The things we enjoyed most at this stay were: the cleanliness of the rooms and common spaces as well (including pool and relaxation areas), the staff, including the manager, was extremely polite and kind and willing to help with any issue (we even got a free room upgrade seing that a larger room was available), direct access to the beach, having the meals right by the beachfront. Location is excellent, in close proximity to local restaurants.
-: We are mostly used to “continental European” breakfasts so the variety in breakfast could have been better (coffee is very diluted, not many choices in food as well). Also the wi-fi works and it doesn’t, depends on your luck (the wi-fi problem was a general situation in all the other places we’ve traveled to in Zanzibar). This would mostly consist in -1 point in the Review, but all the positives exceeded these shortcomings by far.
