-: Eau chaude aléatoire... Et équipement sanitaire très abîmé La propreté des draps est à revoir ainsi que le ménage fait dans l'après midi...L'entretien en règle générale est négligé , l'hôtel est en train de devenir vétuste.Personnel non chalant et une impression de déranger en permanence.

+: Awesome room and staff ! Great location! Food was good and fresh and breakfasts were awesome!

+: Appena arrivati siamo stati folgorati dal meraviglioso panorama dalla reception, accoglienza di Mario e tutto lo staff Masai. Il nostro era perfetto spazioso, caratteristico direttamente sul mare con ampio esterno privato

-: Peccato che non c' è stata la musica domenica sera come indicato dal loro sito, ci piace la tranquillità ma mancava un po' di brio ed entusiasmo, almeno una serata musicale. Prezzi in media con altri ristoranti in zona molto più ricercati ed accoglienti, peccato

+: Boli sme milo prekvapení. Celkovo prostredie, personál. Lokalita je tichšie, menej turistov čo nám absolútne vyhovovalo. Je potrebné si uvedomiť, že každý hľadá iné a každý má inú predstavu...my sme boli nanajvýš spokojní

-: Struttura un po’ datata. Il costo dell resort è eccessivo rispetto ad altre strutture anche se le camere sul mare e completamente vetrate sono uniche

-: That staff use their own language when you are sitting alone in the bar.

+: The cottage rooms are exceptionally good value for Zanzibar - they are spacious, right on the beach and incredibly private. The food is good and the beach is quiet without beach boys which is a huge plus.

-: I stayed during the rainy season when there were a lot of power cuts and the lodge struggled in some respects - very poor internet, no hot water in the room except on my last day (although they very kindly brought a bucket of hot water when I asked). The food was good but the kitchen did not seem to be well run with the rain given as an excuse for long delays but when you are putting up a new menu each day with fresh ingredients (which is great) it’s then frustrating to wait an hour for soup or nearly 2 hours for banana fritters and be told the rain delayed going to buy bananas from the village.

+: The view from our room was amazing! The room had a lot of privacy and you could enjoy the view on your own. You could also canoo, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The swimming pool was also great!

-: We felt the food was a bit over priced for the quantity and quality - compared to other hotels and restaurants we experienced.
