Seyyida Hotel & Spa is a 10-minute walk from the beach and Forodani Gardens. It features a rooftop restaurant overlooking the Stone City and the Indian Ocean, as well as a bar, free parking and a terrace.
The elegant and spacious rooms are decorated in Swahili style. There is a satellite TV, minibar and safe. The floor in each room is tiled. In addition, the rooms are decorated with wooden furniture and are decorated in warm, bright colors.
Seyyida’s rooftop restaurant serves fresh seafood. The lounge bar regularly hosts African music events and a variety of cocktails.
In the fenced garden and exterior of the hotel you can see the features of the Arab and colonial styles. Massage and beauty treatments are available at the spa. +: The room was nice, bed was comfortable. Location was also good and walking distance to everything! They arranged taxi to airport for us too which was $20. Pool was nice too!
-: The hotel was very noisy. There was a prom on which meant there was noise until 3am however even after this there was lots of noise from cleaners. Also the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all therefore we went and bought data for our phones however this also didn’t work due to the signal at the hotel. We were only staying for one night so didn’t mind too much!

+: L'emplacement est sympa au cœur de la ville ville à quelques pas du port du fort et des ruelles . Dispose de quoi faire un café ou thé de l'eau fraîche est à disposition. Le petit déj sur le rooftop est très agréable. Chambre climatisée et salle de bain très spacieuse. Personnel sympa. Checkout 10h mais possibilité de laisser ses bagages si nécessaire pour le vol plus tard dans la journée

+: L’hôtel est bien placé dans le centre de Stone Town. Le personnel est adorable, toujours au petit soin.
-: L’hôtel est très bruyant, c’est OK pour une ou deux nuits mais pas plus si l’on souhaite du calme.

+: De locatie was geweldig. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten op het terras met geweldig uitzicht is een extra pluspunt. Daarnaast was de kamer schoon en heb ik extra genoten van de turndown service.
