+: Close to the beach, soothing wave sounds at night. Fantastic staff at the restaurant and good breakfast

-: Was checked into a double bed room instead of single bed. Poor bathroom drainage for room 4.

-: My room was at Nungwi Retreat which neighbours Union Beach Bungalows, so not as described or I had booked. I had to request them to clean my room; which I would’ve thought would be done automatically. There is no Wi-Fi at the property.

+: Location. Right on the beach. Many restaurants nearby. Especially when it gets dark the beach becomes alive with many small restaurants you don't even notice during the day having tables and chairs on the beach. Marvelous displays of fresh seafood!!

-: Very basic. I give it a 5 out of 10 overall. Sheets were washed but stained, breakfast lousy but then again it was cheap, bed too short and I am just 5-11, so not particularly tall. Just booked two nights and wished I had booked just one. Then moved to another place close by. Not whole lot more expensive but a lot better overall.
