+: Clean rooms, quiet, nice small hotel.

-: The hotel sent me a message that they will charge additional "taxes" after booking the hotel with the agreed price. They actually charged me on the top of the payment for booking.com. The "tax" they charged entered into force in June 2023, and my booking was done in November 2023. This is not acceptable. This kind of practice rings an alarm bell in corrupt countries like Tanzania. Service was friendly, but that was not enough. They missed the whole concept. Items were bought one by one, and food never arrived at the same time. You needed to ask for everything like napkins, salt, etc. Nothing came automatically. Food offering was limited as many daily menu items were unavailable. There was hardly anything to choose from for a European foodie who lives in Africa. Additionally, I gave up eating seafood as it was overcookedfried and dry. The bar offered only a few drinks; for example, sparkling water was unavailable. Although something, like a gym, was available, there was nothing to do in the hotel facilities. One needs to drive to other places to find activities.

+: Extrem schöne Anlage, ruhige Atmosphäre, funktionierende Ausstattung, schnelles Internet, saubere kühle Pools, richtig schöner Strand, bequeme Betten schönes Bad. Föhn vorhanden. Badeschuhe kostenlos zum Ausleihen,

-: Extrem schlechtes Essen, lange Wartezeiten (obwohl das Essen eine Stunde im Voraus bestellt werden muss) wenig Auswahl, schlecht verträglich somit Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Bezug auf Essen absolut nicht akzeptabel,

+: Une magnifique villa avec juste 7 chambres (dont seulement 2 était occupées quand on y était), ce qui en fait un lieu paisible et totalement calme. Très chaleureux accueil de Mona et de Mr Baraka, et gentillesse de tout le personnel. Incroyable chambre à l’étage, avec une vue époustouflante sur la mer, literie hyper confortable, tout est propre et nettoyé tous les jours, et il y a de la pression dans les douches. Très beau jardin et belle plage à proximité, accessible à pieds (celle juste en-dessous est naturelle, avec des algues). Voiture conseillée (sauf si vous ne voulez pas bouger) car l’hôtel est à un endroit très isolé (20 min de Jambiani environ). Convient plus aux couples qu’aux familles avec jeunes enfants.

-: L’eau n’est pas offerte comme dans les autres hôtels et les boissons chaudes sont cuisinées à l’eau du robinet qui, bien que sans danger quand elle est bouillie, a un arrière-goût désagréable…

+: The location is amazing, pure paradise! Even better view than the pictures. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and different every day. The staff was very nice and friendly, they helped us with everything. Overall that is the perfect place to relax and walk on the long shore avoiding the crowds. Makunduchi is also a good starting point for excursions.

-: We had a problem with the window, but they called a repairman immediately and solved it.

+: Architekt který navrhnul terénní úpravy kolem vily by zasloužil metal, jelikož se mu to opravdu vkusně povedlo. Personál vily byl vždy milý a dbal na profesionální kvalitu. Vřele doporučuji navštívit 👍

-: Vadné posuvné dveře u sprchového koutu.
