Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Kena Beach Hotel (ex. Azanzi Hotel) 4* 2024-2025 Tanzania, Matemwe

+: Truly a wonderful experience, the staff were amazing, Hishma was receptive to all our needs. The property is peacefull and beautifull.

-: Some items from the all inclusive menu were often out of stock, however we did go at the end of the low season, so it is understandable, they did try to replace it asap.

+: The service was great, delicious food and very hospitable stuff.

+: Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans cet hotel luxuriant et paisible. Dès notre arrivée, un verre de bienvenue nous a été servi pendant le briefing. Nous avons eu droit à une visite complète de l'hotel que nous avons appréciée. Nous avons eu la seule chambre avec vue sur piscine, deluxe, très spacieuse, confortable avec une douche extérieure. Le personnel était très sympathique et serviable. Les animateurs francophones O club étaient très présents, l'un des deux particulièrement sympathique, nous donnnant des bons conseils pour les alentours. Des vélos sont à disposition gratuitement, bien que certains vétustes. Le personnel regonfle les pneus si besoin. Il y a un club de plongée francophone dans l'hotel avec départ directement en bateau devant l'hotel. Les massages sont de qualité, bien que plus chers que dans les alentours (plage). Le buffet petit-déjeuner était excellent, le diner à côté de la piscine très bon. Les soupers en mode buffet étaient satisfaisants sans plus. Il y a toujours eu des transats disponibles. Les cocktails sont très bons. Il y a certaines animations certains soirs (live music) Nous recommandons la visite sur les coraux avec Baboo, très instructif! Bien que nous avons essayé de le sensibiliser au bien-être de la vie maritime (ne pas sortir les étoiles de mer de l'eau!) La plage est superbe, calme, le sable blanc!

-: L'hotel est fort isolé, ce qui ne nous a pas posé de problème. Le tourisme à Matemwe n'est pas encore fort développé, ce qui est appréciable. Nous avons toutefois rejoint le village du centre en vélo.

+: Exceptional service by the Acting Manager, Hishima.And very friendly staff.

-: Housekeeping can improve in terms of turnaround time.

+: Szukaliśmy hotelu kameralnego, z nastawieniem na relaks - i nie zawiedliśmy się. Personel był bardzo uprzejmy, pomocny w każdej kwestii, ale nie nachalny. Sam hotel spokojny, dawał możliwość odpoczynku i wyciszenia - nie było głośnych animacji, a dzięki temu, że pokoi jest tylko ponad 30, to goście mają szansę znaleźć i wolne leżaki, i miejsce do odpoczynku. Niemal rodzinna atmosfera :) Jesteśmy zachwyceni i w pełni usatysfakcjonowani wypoczynkiem w Kena Beach.

-: O ile lunche i kolacje oferowały duży wybór i były bardzo zróżnicowane, o tyle śniadania codziennie były takie same (tosty, naleśniki, gofry, płatki z mlekiem, owoce). Nie jest to duży mankament, ale w porównaniu z pozostałymi posiłkami śniadania wypadały po prostu bardziej blado. Nie zaważyło to jednak na naszym ogólnym zachwycie obiektem :)

-: Some days the pool was cleaned from early morning till noon, which meant swimming was difficult.

+: Very Nice hotel by sea. Perfect staff and food. All-inclusive excellent. We'll be back, if we come to Zanzibar again

-: The hotel is located near 2 small Villages. But not much you can walk to in area. Hotel excellent at arranging tours - so just something you should know

+: Ruime en schone de luxe kamer. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Hele mooie ligging, aan het strand. Een groene oase. De stroom generator is echt een zegen. Duikschool in het hotel. Het hotel is van alle gemakken voorzien.

-: De toegangsweg is echt heel slecht. De vooraf bestelde twee aparte bedden waren er niet bij aankomst. Goed opgelost de eerste nacht en de volgende dag was dat ook geregeld.
