+: הדירה הכי טובה באודסה!!! דירה חדשה מודרנית...מרוהטת בכל מה שצריך! נקיה ומתוחזקת היטב! יש שומר במתחם הבנינים.היה לנו חניה פרטית מקורה.בעל הבית דובר אנגלית מצוין! אדיב מאד.עוזר בכל בקשה ושאלה אפילו גם אם לא קשור לדירה!!! נהננינו הכי שאפשר!!! הדירה כמה דקות נסיעה מטיילת ארקדיה וחוף הים...יש בטיילת מסעדת חבד רב ארקדיה- (קצת יקר)
-: מבחינת טכנולוגיה - הדירה מאד מתקדמת...לנו כשומרי שבת היה בעיה עם החיישנים בתאורה שנדלקים שעוברים...בעל הבית עשה ככל יכולצו לכזור- אך אין אפשרות לבטל החיישן ( מצאנו פתרון- כיסינו את החיישן בנייר כסף ודבק סלוטייפ)
