-: за дві ночі, на які бронювали готель, у першу ж ніч не було опалення, світла і води. не було зрозуміло як потрапити в номер. у другий день, коли вже включили світло і опалення, воду ввімкнули і одразуж вимкнули. попередили про незручності вдень, через декілька годин після того як віддали ключі
