+: Персонал ввічливий, але комунікації трохи не синхронизовані - мені заменили номер через те, що мій не встигли прибрати, бо переплутали пріорітети. Речі допомогли занести на другий поверх, в одному приміщенні - ресторан з приємними цінами і непоганими стравами. Вайфай відкритий, працює добре
-: Між матрацом і узголів'ям ліжка є невелика відстань, яку не помічаєш, але подушка туди вночі трошки провалюється. Є чудовий балкон, але немає ліжка і нема можливості провітрити кімнату перед сном Вночі можуть виключати світло, тож нічник краще брати на батарейках. Також майте на увазі що поруч гори! якщо їдете в Чернівці будьте готові до перепаду висот і великої кількості бруківки. І що б там не показував гугл мепс пройти до готелю пішки з важкими чемоданами буде важкувато.

+: I have been here many times and would recommend it this place to anyone visiting Chernivtsi. The ladies at the desk Anastasia, Tania, and Tatiana including the rest of the staff very are kind and helpful.The rooms are spacious, clean , quiet well appointed with bathrooms. The restaurant serves a good breakfast with a buffet for lunchdinner.
