+: Розташування супер, персонал дуже привітний, кухня дуже смачна, в номері всі зручності і фен, халати, полотенця, тапочки, косметичні засоби, міні бар, чай, кава, сейф. Все дуже зручно, а балкон з оглядом на гори та ліс це взагалі на всі 100%.спа цеж класне.

+: Чисто, дуже смачна кухня, неймовірно привітливий офіціант Андрій, здається.

-: Трошки пошарпаний стан кімнати, але нормально. З вікна піддувало. вода в басейні! увага - холодна! скоріше за все для тих хто з бані виходить! ми в бані не були, тому змерзли, для дітей не рекомендую. як з під крану холодна. Дитяча кімната - в поганому стані

-: Не списали передоплату через букінг, в останній момент без попередження хоча б дзвінком, написали що бронювання скасовано, так і не вдалось відпочити в цьому готелі

+: В сезон 22-23 ми відпочивали напроти Вашого готелю і прийшли одного разу повечеряти до Вас і нас вразила кухня, ціни і обслуговування настільки, що ми пообіцяли наступного сезону приїхати до Вас. От і приїхали) Все чудово, нарікань немає взагалі. В меню ми так і не знайшли страву, яка б була несмачна) Номери, спа, сніданки просто чудові, розташування якраз ідеально для катання, ну і звісно окремо стоїть ваша кухня, персонал і головний менеджер по кухні - їм окрема подяка! Дякуєм за відпочинок! Наступного сезону, дасть Бог приїдем, то тільки до Вас)
