+: Розташування гарне. Можна пішки від залізничного вокзалу дістатись до готелю. Від готелю пішки прогулятись до центра міста. Гарний вид з вікна на місто, бульвар. В душовій чудовий напір води, чисто. Сніданки оцінити складно, не замовляли. Ціну за сніданок вважаю завищеною. Та було дуже приємно отримати від готелю привітання з Днем народження чоловіка. Ціла таця фруктів та солодощів) стала неочікуваним сюрпризом до нашої святкової події.

-: З мінусів: вуличний шум з самого ранку. Автівки, міський транспорт дуже чутно навіть крізь зачинене вікно. І були проблеми з карткою-ключем, номер відчинявся не з першого разу. Це засмутило ввечері, після прогулянки містом.
