+: Приїхала в готель 29 травня 2023 в 19.58 а він закритий , всі двері закрити. Чого booking виставляє готель, коли він закритий? І ще готель виставляє шраф за скасування, якщо він закритий? Хочу отримпти відповвдь? Якщо не отримаю відповідь, буду звертатися до суду. Нікому не рекомендую цей готель

-: Ваш сайт - повні ідіоти! Ми приїхали в Харків до цього готелю, а він вже рік не працює тому що розбомблений російськими бомбами! Дуже прикро і соромно за вашу таку недбалість!

+: Привітна і приємна дівчина на ресепшені.Вирішення питань.За нашим проханням нам принесли рушники, прийшли включили батарею.

-: Не було ліфта.Не було вікон.Не було полотенецьНе було тепло.В готелі ресторан на 1му поверсі. Кімната була аж на даху. Змогли заснути тоді, коли перестала грати музика. Приблизно в 2 години ночі
