+: Все що готують - смачно, сніданки також. Номери світлі, прибирають добре, все необхідне є. Все що стосується СПА та басейнів - клас, вистачає як дітям так і дорослим, не відчувалося дискомфорту, хоча і людей часом було багато. На парковці місця вистачало завжди. Розташування чудове, всі розваги в пішій доступності. Персонал привітний, було легко і комфортно ) Те місце куди хочеться повертатися )

+: The location is good. Just next to the main road, walking distance to all main attractions and restaurants. We had a two-bedroom room and it was good. Rooms are specious and in good condition.
-: Hotel’s facilities are not enough for the amount of guests staying in. Restaurant, lounge, spa, pool - everything was overcrowded. Breakfast selection was okay. Staff tried to replenish everything quite fast. But people were faster to grab everything:) specially sweet options. Coffee was really bad. Staff were not friendly. Specially at the restaurant. There were only two baby chairs. And not cleaned properly. There is a cooler with the drinking water on each floor. First I was happy about it and thought what a great idea. But it has a smell of chlorine:( same a a smell of the pool. Very disappointing and dangerous to drink. No staff in the hotel at night. During power outages at night - there were none to turn the generator on till 8 am.

+: Чудове місце, смачні сніданки, чистота в номері, приємний персонал, спа та басейн гарно освіжають у спеку, розташування готелю одразу в центрі, тому можна дістатися до будь-яких популярних місць Буковелю.
-: Шум і запах дизельного генератора під балконом (ми проживали на 2 поверсі), на жаль, підпортив наші враження, але ми з розумінням до цього ставилися, розуміючи, що відбуваються вимкнення світла по усій країні і винні у цьому тільки східні сосєді.

+: Все сподобалось: розташування супер; чистотата стан кімнати, за час нашого перебування (2 ночі) нам прибирали; хороший вибір на сніданках; дуже приємне обслуговування; басейн та спа теж класні.
-: Немає кондиціонера і це мінус в таку жару. Вночі спали з відкритим балконом, аби хоч якось холодніше в кімнаті стало. Також сушка для волосся не дуже потужна,коли включала на сильніший режим - враженнябуло, що вона зараз згорить))
