+: Харчування, ввічливість персоналу, сам готель. Дуже гарний інтер'єр ., приємна атмосфера.

-: Хотілося змінювати халат і рушник кожного разу , коли вийдеш з басейну , а не в мокрому іти в номер і чекати наступного дня , коли змінять його. Це можна було б організувати у спа , за потреби змінити .коли потрібно людині . Це великий мінус . Також - робітники спа не знають , як працює солярій , починаючи з температури , протипоказань , взагалі нічого. А хотілося почути від фахівців спа . Вони тільки знають як його увімкнути і що зняти купальник і вся інформація . Мені цього замало . Через те перехотілося солярію.

+: Все сподобалось, отель справді крутий. Чудові номери, чисто, можна сказати, що тягне на 5 *. Але не всі працівники готелю відповідальні і не якісно (не професійно виконують свою роботу). Виделку чекали 30 хвилин, на дзвінок виклику взагалі не реагували, багато з працівників не могли відповісти на електронну елементарні питання тд.

-: Повільний і не відповідальний персонал.
