+: Quaint hotel, very nicely decorated, quite comfortable. Has an elevator. Location is excellent, just a few minutes from downtown.
-: Weird breakfast arrangement, I don't recommend. You have to order the night before and tell them the time. They cook it and then it sits on the table until you arrive. It's expensive too. For UAH350 you can do better in a nearby restaurant. Avoid the rooftop tea room. While the room itself is pleasant, charging UAH500+ for a cup of tea is outrageous. They don't list the price, you are only told when you get the bill. Very bad practice. :( There are no refreshments available. I developed a dehydration headache because there was nothing to drink.

+: Чудова локація, 5 хв до старого міста. Парковка. І дуже люб'язний персонал!
-: Під час нашого перебування було досить спекотно. Кондиціонера в номері немає, то ж спали з відкритими вікнами. Як виявилось, місто дуже активне вже з 6ї ранку :) машини, поліцейські сирени і тп не дали виспатись. Але то зовсім не провина готелю.

+: Вчетверте тут і завод лише найкращі враження. Дякую дівчині на рецепції, яка допомогла вирішити мою ситуацію якнайкраще. Привітний персонал - це серце цього готелю.
