Pension "Slavutich" is located in the center of Berdyansk Spit. The territory of the pension "Slavutich" is about 7 hectares.

On the territory there are two four-story buildings No. 1 and No. 2, which are located across the road from the sea (the distance to the beach from buildings No. 1, 2 is about 200 m), as well as the building "Meotida", which has direct access to the beach.

Partial reconstruction has been carried out in building No. 2 and the building "Meotida". The specialization of the pension: active family recreation with children.
