-: Про невідповідність бронювання на букінгу і фактичного дізнались вже на стійці реєстрації, але адміністрація обіцяла вирішити ці питання з букінгом, наша ситуація з бронюванням також була вирішена адміністратором У номері заброньованому на двох осіб був лише один комплект рушників, але за запитом додаткові рушники були надані
