Addresses of the sanatorium - Transcarpathia Velyatino Khust district on the 6th kilometer of the Dumintsi village. To get here you can take the train from Lviv-Khust, Uzhgorod-Khust or take the bus from Kiev, Odessa, Vinnitsa, Khmelnitsky, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Mukachevo. There is a special route to Velyatino from Khust.

The Trembita sanatorium consists of three buildings. The first has a restaurant, sauna, 11 rooms of economy class, standard and luxury, the other has a medical center, administration, reception and 4 suites. The third building has 14 residential rooms of the “superlux” category.
