-: the GPS was not correct. it directed me a few miles away. they only speak Russian. I speak English. I had to find a young man in town who spoke a little English to help me find the place otherwise I would have never found it.

+: Велика територія навколо будівлі. Є дитяча площадка, де дочка з задоволенням проводила час. Практично на території хороша столова і кав'ярня зі смачною кавою. Також є гастроном з прийнятними цінами, а трохи далі кафе з комплексними обідами. Близько до моря, яке було видно з номера. Є стоянка для авто.
-: Хоча до моря лише 20 метрів, але пляж там не найкращий
