+: 1. Современный отель.2. Очень чисто и модно.3. Отель быстро реагирует на письма с просьбами ( высокий этаж, рядом номера....)4. Хорошее расположение в Нижнем Манхеттене. -: 1. Выезд из отеля. Утром не было персонала.2. Завтрак. Дорого и банально. Медленное обслуживание.3. Номера большие, но 13 занимает коридор.

Отель тесный. Маленький ресторан, микро бар, лобби как такового вообще нет. Номера только до 24 этажа, выше уже резиденции. Не понравилось заселение: неприветливая темнокожая девушка предложила номер на 15 этаже и утверждала, что это единственный возможный вариант на верхних этажах. Заселились. Вид оказался на строящийся дом. Спустились на рецепшен, подошли к другому менеджеру, чудесным образом нашлись еще два номера. Поменяли номер на тот, что на 19 этаже, вид не особо лучше, но хотя бы без строительных работ. Учитывая плотность застройки в Нью-Йорке и многоэтажность домов, по факту, увидеть что-либо кроме стены соседнего дома нереально. Бронировали отель, ориентировались на имя Four Seasons, в итоге остались разочарованы, на наш взгляд, в гостинице кроме как переночевать делать нечего, темная и неуютная.Отель новый, номера чистые, есть телеканалы на русском языке. Время проживания: Май 2018

Помимо стандартного депозита в 200$ в сутки, взяли дополнительно еще и депозит в 500$ за то, что в номерах не курят... - первый раз такое встречаю.Отличная гостиница, если уже обошли основные достопримечательности, а если в Нью Йорке в первый раз, то я бы присмотрелся к гостиницам ближе к центральному парку.
