+: Красивый пляж и закаты, в ресторане вкусно кормят -: Старый пыльный отель, не предупредили что всюду идет реновация. Я перепортила за вид на море, а в итоге был вид на строительную технику. Номера старые, все пыльное, внутрь светильника невозможно засунуть руку (чтобы включить этот светилтник) - годовой слой пыли. Уехала из этого отеля раньше срока. На ресепшн вечно очереди, девушки на ресепш очень недовольные. Обещали мне бесплатную парковку за причинённые неудобства- обещание не выполнили. Второй раз точно не поеду. Деньги дерут только за то что гостиница входит в историческое наследие сша.

+: шикарный отель, историческое здание, хорошие рестораны на территории, собственный хороший пляж -: дорого, особенно с учетом того, что идет стройка. парковка только валет. огорчило, что букинг обманул с услугой "нашли дешевле"

Начнём: НЕ РАБОТАЛ кондиционер, когда мы сообщили об этом, нам принесли настольный ВЕНТИЛЯТОР.«Комната с кроватью king size и видом на океан»- просто чудовищна! Я говорю о соотношении цена -качество и соотношении 5 звёзд и реальностью! Кондиционер не работал потому, что он был ЗАБИТ пылью! Диван убогий из прошлого 50 ти летия был в ПЯТНАХ, стены желтые от старости. Коридор по дороге к комнатам весь обшарпан! Когда заселились была очень громкая сигнализация в комнате, мы чуть не оглохли. Очереди по 15 минут на регистрацию, на ресепшене НЕПРИЯТНО ПАХНЕТ! Завтраки отвратительные:( Липкий лосось и сливочный сыр «Филадельфия»-дешёвый, как сыр «дружба»- это мой утренний кошмарИнтернет работал с перебоями, не могла смотреть фильм( Это первый отель, где я ошиблась с выбором. Я читала отзывы других, но не поверила, думала если возьму дороже номер- у меня не будет проблем... но увы! Приложила несколько фото! Посмотрите на отель 5 звёздНичего!
