+: ЗавтракиУдобная кроватьВиды из отеля из номера -: 1. Вода в душе. Смыть мыло невозможно. Очень жетская. Может быть это проблема всего города, а не отеля. Душ неудобный в целом.2. Периодически запах серы и сигарет по номерам отеля. Хотя в целом отель не курящий. Странно.3. Небольшое недопонимание с ресепшн отеля по переписке, хотя они могли сразу предложить вараинт, который в итоге и предложили. Вопрос был в заселении человека, приехавшего в номер раньше меня, хотя бронь на мое имя.

+: Чисто, красиво, удобно, хорошая еда, не плохой завтрак. -: При бронировании - есть фраза " гость сам выбирает сторону и балкон" , и естественно при оформлении номера никто не может догадываться, что номер, который дали выходит на павильоны киностудии. Шум от этих павильонов очень большой, и при оформлении номера никто об этом не предупреждает! Это ловушка! Когда вы идёте и говорите, что шум такой большой, что вы не сможете спать, то слышите ответ: " мы дали вам, что было, а выбирать сейчас уже не из чего". Вот и будете спать в берушах. На завтрак не дают свежевыжатых соков, а зря.

+: Чистота в номере и отеле в целом. Хорошие завтраки. Удобное расположение. Хороший вид на Лос Анжелес. -: Был предоставлен номер категории ниже, чем был оплачен. Возврат средств не был произведён. Требовали оплату завтрака за ребёнка, при том, что в листе бронирования на троих человек указано, что завтраки включены.

+: Первый раз были в Лос-Анжелесе. Выбирали отель случайно можно сказать. Отель очень понравился по местоположению, район спокойный, респектабельный. Отличный завтрак!! Каждый день приходила на завтрак с детьми и говорила, как нам повезло)! Лобби очень просторное, современное. А вот номера здесь очень старые, с низкими потолками, но все чисто и тихо. Спали очень спокойно. Наличие бассейна подогреваемого тоже стало плюсом. В номера всегда приносят бесплатно бутылки воды и есть бесплатный быстрый интернет. Ходили к друзьям в 5-ти звездочный отель у Родео драйв , там шумно, в отеле проходной двор. Здесь жить намного приятнее. И до Родео Драйв гуляли пешком 15 минут по приятным улочкам с частными домами. Если бы приехала снова в ЛА, то опять остановилась бы в этом отеле

+: Местоположение прекрасное! -: Уборка в номерах практически отсутствует. Приходилось каждый раз просить привести комнату в порядок. И, видимо, в дополнение к такой уборке, ещё и наушники украли))
