+: Персонал делился на две категории: те, кто работают в удовольствие и помогают, и те, кто за любую просьбу ждёт чаевых. Вторых, к сожалению, большинство. Сделали прекрасный подарок в номер на день рождения. Очень вкусные завтраки -: Очень дорогой завтрак. Списали со счета чаевые, которые я не оставляла (я оставила официанту 4$, а списали с меня около 20$). Я это заметила, попросила отменить - мне списали весь завтрак и извинились. При выселении в счете опять появился этот завтрак. Снова попросила отменить. Мне сказали, что мне его не могли отменить, и я все перепутала. Я показала документы с отменой завтрака, развели руками и сказали, что не будут его списывать. При бронировании номер стоил 1500$, с меня списали 2800$ при заселении, ссылаясь на налоги. Сказали, что депозита в сумме нет, ничего не вернут. Но в итоге вернули (был другой менеджер). В общем, развод на каждом шагу. Очень старая Мебель. Стол был вздут, отслаивалось покрытие, была сломана ручка гардероба - просто висела.

+: Отель очень удобно расположен, станция метро в 5 мин ходьбы, Центральный парк, 5 авеню и много достопримечательностей совсем рядом. Номер большой, чистый и уютный. Пииехали раньше указанноговремени заезда, на ресепшен записали номер телефона и прислали смс о готовности номера(мы оставили вещи и пошли гулять). Персонал приветливый и на любую просьбу быстро откликался. Ресторан в отеле хороший. -: Номер выходил на боковую улицу и каждый день в 4 утра вывозили мусор(шумно).

Нет мини-бара и даже просто воду не приносят, как во всех других отелях. В просторном санузле вполне разместилось бы бидеМесторасположение отличное Время проживания: Декабрь 2017

Нам все понравилось. При возможности вернёмся сноваПородистый отель в фешенебельной части Манхеттена, рядом с Центральным парком. Заселили очень оперативно и раньше положенного времени, без проблем поменяли номер, принесли чайник и кружки по нашей просьбе. Номер с двумя кроватями очень просторный и чистый. Уборка всегда проводилась своевременно и качественно Время проживания: Апрель 2018
