Фото не соответствуют действительности, гостиница старая, окна грязные, освещения в номерах очень мало, в номере не было ни халатов, ни тапочек, ни питьевой воды. Рекомендую внимательно ознакомиться со всеми дополнительными сборами и налогами. По моему мнению отель очень overprised, плохое соотношение цены и качества. < Read more

Останавливаемся в этом отеле уже далеко не первый раз. Ценакачество вполне на уровне. В 5 вечера happy hour - угощают вином :)

Это не 4 звезды, на мой взгляд и опыт. К тому же, часть налогов не отображалась в сумме, показанной на Букинге, что неприятно удивило при списании средств с карты, воду в номер не дают, рум сервис ночью не работает, за 10$ предлагается странный набор типа мини-бара в лобби по доп. ценам (не поняла прикола), онлайн чекин по факту не работает - заказанную бутылку вина в номер нам за 4 дня так и не доставили. Нет ни халатов, ни тапочек, полотенец дают почему-то три. Read more

Платный wifi в номере. Хотя в описании написано что на всей территории wifi бесплатный. И налог за обслуживание списали при бронировании и при заселении. Месторасположение

Обман и вранье. Номера грязные - ванна в жутком состоянии, все заросшее плесенью. Ценообразование в произвольном порядке - как захотели, так и написали. На мои аргументы о том, что в букировании цена стояли другая, сказали, что у них система так работает и другую цену они поставить не могут - вот так... Очень обидно. Менеджменту наплевать. В их же заведении Rare делать заказ, а потом его ожидать можно часами. Даже простой завтрак можно ждать 1-1.5 часа. В целом, гостиница на 3 звезды. Read more
