+: Прекрасное расположение, в номере достаточно тихо, удобная кровать. -: Отель абсолютно не соответствует заявленной характеристике 5 звезд. Мебель старая, в номерах не совсем чисто, завтрак скудный. Освещение в отеле - давящий полумрак. Номер хуже чем на фото, окно маленькое не прозрачное. Это средний уровень трех звезд, но не как не пяти.

+: Расположение удобное -: Оооочень маленький неудобный номер. Номер на 2 звезды при заявленных 5 . Нет ни тапочек ни халатов . Пришлось менять в 1 час ночи номер из-за неисправности с выключателем . Вода в душе с трудом утекала так как трубы засорены !! Чтобы войти в отель нужно подняться по ступенькам и открыть тяжелые двери . С чемоданами это крайне неудобно . Швейцара нет

+: В целом очень стильный бутик-отель. Уютный ресепшн с камином. Красиво внутри. Ну и отличное местоположение в полминуты ходьбы от Таймс-Сквер -: Звукоизоляция в номерах отсутствует в принципе! Стены видимо из гипсокартона. В номере был сломан душ. Не весь персонал достаточно приветлив.

+: Отличное месторасположение, самый центр! -: В моем номере горячая вода появлялась, только после 5 минут как открыть кран В моем номере не было окна Не ожидайте разнообразного завтрака. Здесь омлет, йогурт, фрукты и булочки )

+: Шикарное расположение! -: Этот отель не соответствует категории 5*: отсутствие таких услуг, как спа, бассейн, сауна. очень скудные завтраки! Яйца и хлеб исключительно.
