Персонал зарезервировал (ошибочно) дважды за проживание с депозитом. Спустя 4 дня еще не вернули даже то что вообще не должны были снимать. С этой ситуацией подходили по несколько раз на протяжении нашего проживания и так проблема и не была решена. Сквозь зубы извенились.

Отличный отель в отличном месте. Путешествовали с детьми и бэби - Мэдисон сквер оказался отличным местом для прогулки с коляской и 6 летней малышкой) в шаговой доступности eatitaly с его множеством кафе и вкусной едой. Метро здесь же. И сам отель оставил очень приятные впечатления по всем параметрам! Бонус- расположение отеля в историческом красивом здании и вид из окон ванной на НЮ.

Свежий ремонт, в номере все в светлых тонах, установлено современное оборудование. Персонал из обслуживания номеров очень приветлив и дружелюбен. Номер нашей категории был достаточно просторным. Сервис в отеле очень внимательный. В сравнении со многими отелями этот отель соответствует своим звёздам. Бронировали два номера, поселили на одном этаже.
